as much as people would like to think so, the internet is not a safe place, and there is no such thing as a place where a decent hacker couldnt get. (covering your footsteps is easy enough now...) nowhere is secure thats on the internet, and thus, there will always be anonymous. there is no way to monitor the masses. people would just break it.

and those that dont know how wouldnt go for something like that.
