the video is from this year's Mummers Parade, which is a new year's parade that's been held in philly for about 350 years. it's involved to become a contest with dozens of different categories.
Joey joined up with a group performing in the Comics division, more specifically Comics Brigade, which is supposed to be silly or humorous. there's often loose themes that many groups follow each year and it seemed to be aliens this year, at least in Comics. there were dozens of brigades and floats involving aliens and ET and shit like that.
So when "Aliens of an Illegal Kind" came on screen, i just lost it. then i see joey vento and his sign, and then texans with rifles and shotguns...OMFG. and then a chain link fence holding back people dressed up like people from a dozen different countries, HOLY FUCK! one thing i didnt notice live was the white guy with his face painted black looking like Obama handing out Green cards...hahsahahahahaha
it's so true. Border Patrol Agents, which are U.S. Citizens, are being killed on the border keeping illegals out, and liberals want to just grant em amnesty and make them legal! over my dead body.
