This is what happens when you overtax the "rich"-they leave and take their tax dollars and job creation with them:

It's basic economics. When you tax the people that create the jobs, they create less jobs.

Re: Random Political Thread
im not going to quote you entire statement, but honestly, i agree with you on essentially every point noted. there are alot of things that the liberal party does that are just silly, and pointing out that silliness is a good thing. admittedly, pointing out the silliness of the conservatives is just as important, imo.
my issue with rush and coulter is this: as much as what they say does lean towards satire, there is a large group of people that take them completely seriously, which is not a good thing. as much as i appreciate arguments between parties, controlled controversy like that fuels change, which is good for progress and the people, which is in turn good for the government, what rush does tends to rial the ignorant masses, pushing them further into their holes, preventing any sort of communication and compromise, and this is what we should be moving away from. dont get me wrong, i dont think rush is an idiot, nor coulter, by any means, but they should be using their intelligence in other fashions, by presenting goofy ideas and their opposites, which are usually just as goofy, and giving the people the compromise of the two, and giving it in a way that doesnt just make everyone angry at the other side.
i do, like i said, agree with just about everything that youve said. fiscally, i do tend to lean much more conservatively than i used to, and your arguments do tend to shift my views on things, i just dont like to hear about people that promote such inactivity. compromise is key, in my opinion, making everyone slightly happy is better than making no-one happy, and anyone that works against that shouldnt be in the picture.

This guy makes some very fucking good points
edit: By the way, whatever the gaming website that talked about a '24 hour FPS cease-fire' pissed the living shit out of me, just because this was a gaming media outlet that was taking the blame for video games and movies causing the violence.
